What Is Wisp?

Wisp is an AI-powered interactive story platform designed for children and their families. Each session generates a brand-new adventure — personalised to your child's name, age, and the kinds of stories they love. Your child doesn't just listen to the story; they help shape it.

At key moments, they choose the path:

• The Brave Path — charge forward, face the dragon, lead the way.
• The Clever Path — solve the puzzle, outwit the fox, find the hidden door.
• The Silly Path — because sometimes the dragon just wants a sandwich.

Every choice changes what happens next. No two stories are ever the same.

The Idea Behind the Name

A wisp is a small, glowing light — the kind you might see dancing over a moonlit meadow, or flickering at the edge of a forest path. In folklore, wisps are guides: mysterious, gentle, leading the curious toward something wonderful.

That's what we want every story to feel like. A soft glow in the dark. A guide into something new.

What Makes It Different

There are plenty of story apps for kids. Wisp is different in a few ways:

It listens to your child. Not literally — but the story responds to who they are. A six-year-old who loves dinosaurs and thinks vegetables are suspicious will get a very different adventure from a nine-year-old who is obsessed with space and wants to be an astronaut.

It's built for safety. Every story is generated with strict content guidelines. No violence, no scary moments, no content inappropriate for children. Parents are in control of the experience from start to finish.
